1. Raneh Falls: An intimate picnic?

"Forming along the path of Karnavati or Ken river, Raneh Falls and canyon is an interesting detour from Khajuraho. The canyon is 5 km long and was formed by volcanic action. So the rocks are igneous and very colourful. During monsoons, the water flow is pretty strong and there are several waterfalls that form along the canyon. Although, post monsoon could be the ideal time when both the rocks are visible and waterfalls are gushing too."
